CMC provides mediation services in the following courts in Knox County, Tennessee:

Knox County General Sessions Court (Civil and Criminal)
:: Mediation in General Sessions Court  (Bob Swan, Mediation Director)

General Sessions Civil Court provides "day of court" mediation on  for people who are parties to a lawsuit.  The complainant and the defendant will be given a date to appear on the Court's docket. On that day, CMC co-mediators will be standing by to provide mediation services free of charge to people who agree to mediate rather than litigate.  If you are thinking of filing a complaint
