For 18 years, CMC policy & practice is to provide community mediation services without regard for someone's ability to pay.
We mediate for free many case involving community disputes, criminal matters, small claims, juveniles and low-income families.
In order to accomplish this, we charge for our administrative service--intake, screening & scheduling.
In certain cases, we also charge for our mediation service using a "sliding scale".
Our calculation of your fee takes into account your income and family size.

When you click on the "Pay Now" button, you will be taken to a secure Pay Pal webpage to complete your payment.

Make sure you accurately enter the amount ($) of your fee.
If you do not have a Pay Pal account, you must enter your credit card/debit card information in order
to complete your payment. All such information is encrypted and is not sent to CMC.

You will receive an email which documents your payment. CMC will also receive an email; we will print it
and put it in your file.
