Organization
leaders are responsible for creating a work environment that
enables people to thrive. If turf wars, disagreements and
differences of opinion escalate into interpersonal conflict, it is
to the skilled mediator the manager should turn.
Workplace
mediation offers important benefits to employers and employees
alike because it provides fast, creative, mutually satisfactory
resolutions short of caustic, costly litigation.
This training
is designed to assist mediators in helping their organizational
clients create workplaces that are more collaborative and less
confrontational,
through sound
alternative dispute resolution methodologies.
