Directions to Mediation at the Juvenile Court Annex

CMC's Main Office is located in downtown Knoxville at 912 S. Gay Street, in the Andrew Johnson Building. The building is on the east side of Gay, and is the last building before Hill Avenue and, further, the Gay Street Bridge and the Tennessee River. It is a brick 25 story building used primarily for the Knox School System Central Administration and School Board meetings. Our office is off the main lobby level, Suite L-300. Come into the main entrance (overhung by a green awning), and walk toward the information desk. We are located to the left.

Parking is available, but not free parking, unfortunately, unless you're a volunteer coming to do CMC work.

Directions to CMC Juvenile Court
& Family Mediation Space

Our Juvenile Court mediation sessions are held at the CMC Annex next to Knox County Juvenile Court at 3323 Division St., Knoxville, TN 37919. The back parking lot has a "white pole" gate. As you approach, the pole will lift automatically. Pull in and park. Our annex is a "double-wide" light gray trailer to the left. It has a CMC sign on the front near the door. Driving from points west:
1. Middlebrook Pike to Liberty St. Turn R on Liberty, L on Division. Turn into the back parking lot at Juvenile Court (just past Pellissippi State Community College). OR

2. I-40E, exit at University Ave. Exit 386A (just past the I-640 split); turn R at the traffic light onto Middlebrook Pike; turn L at the light at Liberty St, and then L at Division. Turn into the back parking lot at Juvenile Court (just past Pellissippi State Community College).

Driving from points east:
1. From I-40W, take Exit 386B, Kingston Pike/Alcoa Hwy Rt. 129S. Take the Kingston Pike exit off the exit ramp. Turn R onto Kingston Pike and then take the first R at Concord Ave. Follow Concord over RR tracks and to the light at Sutherland Ave. Take a L onto Sutherland, then take the R "fork" at Division St (the new animal shelter and the soccer fields will be on your right). Proceed on Division past the main driveway to Juvenile Court. Turn right into the back parking lot.

2. From Downtown, take Cumberland Ave. past UTK and "the Strip". Go under the RR trestle to the light at Concord/Neyland. Turn R onto Concord. Follow Concord over RR tracks and to the light at Sutherland Ave. Take a L onto Sutherland, then take the R "fork" at Division St (the new animal shelter and the soccer fields will be on your right). Proceed on Division past the main driveway to Juvenile Court. Turn right into the back parking lot.
